Our journey began when a group of the most influential Egyptian investors, TBS Holding and Infinity Capital Investment came together, sharing a common vision and a passion for excellence and innovation. United by a shared ambition to redefine baked goods and snacks production in Egypt, our leadership team continues to drive sustainable growth while fostering a culture of excellence, continuous improvement and long-term value creation.
Tarek E. Nazer
Tarek El Nazer is an Egyptian entrepreneur and business leader with extensive experience in the food and beverage industry. A graduate of The American University in Cairo (AUC) with a degree in Political Science in 2006, Tarek began his entrepreneurial journey in 2008 when he co-founded TBS Holding one of Egypt’s leading bakery and food manufacturing businesses, alongside Basel Mashour and Sameh El Sadat. Under his leadership, TBS Holding has grown from a local entrepreneurial venture into an established player in Egypt’s food and bakery sector, building a strong consumer presence while expanding its operations and capabilities. Tarek has also played a key role in driving the company’s regional growth ambitions, including strategic partnerships supporting expansion into markets such as Saudi Arabia. Throughout his career, Tarek has focused on business growth, brand development and identifying opportunities to scale successful Egyptian food concepts, combining an entrepreneurial mindset with hands-on industry experience.
Dr. Osama El Adl
Dr. Osama El Adl brings more than 25 years of executive leadership experience across manufacturing, strategic management and operational excellence. Throughout his career, he has successfully led large-scale business transformations by embedding innovation, continuous improvement and Lean manufacturing principles into organizational culture. His leadership has consistently delivered sustainable growth, operational efficiency and enhanced profitability while building high-performing teams driven by accountability and excellence.
Today, he leads DAMFI with a clear vision – to establish the company as one of the region’s leading bakery manufacturers by combining advanced technology, exceptional talent and a relentless commitment to quality.
Ayman Mamdouh Abbas
Ayman Abbas is a prominent Egyptian business leader, venture capitalist and entrepreneur. With a career spanning over two decades, he has established a powerful footprint across multiple high-growth industries in the Middle East, including oil and gas, real estate, technology, healthcare and other high-growth sectors. He serves as Executive Chairman of Intro Holding overseeing a multi-sector conglomerate, and Chairman of ADES Group, which has grown into a globally recognized oil and gas drilling business. Ayman also serves on the boards of several companies across diverse industries including Rameda Pharma, M Squared Developments, Advansys for Technology, and Bonyan for Development & Trade. He is widely recognized as one of the investors, or “Sharks,” on Shark Tank Egypt, where he brings his extensive business and investment experience to support the next generation of entrepreneurs.
Mohamed Ismail Mansour
Mohamed Mansour is an Egyptian business executive who serves as the Managing Director of Manfoods (McDonald’s Egypt) and the Chairman of Infinity Power. A member of the prominent Mansour business family, he has established himself as a leader in both the consumer retail and renewable energy sectors across Africa. Under his leadership, Manfoods has expanded significantly across Egypt, growing to over 190 branches. He heavily prioritized localized supply lines, ensuring that over 90% of McDonald’s products are sourced directly from Egyptian suppliers. He is also Co-founder and Chairman of Infinity Power, Africa’s largest private renewable energy producer. In 2023, he orchestrated a $1 billion acquisition of Lekela Power, solidifying the firm’s massive wind, solar and green hydrogen portfolio across Africa. His enterprises support over 40,000 direct and indirect jobs within Egypt’s food, logistics and infrastructure sectors.
